  • If a center is looking to ‘fix’ part of their operations, we have owned, operated, and run centers for over 20 years. We have experience with detox, residential, outpatient, extended care, sober homes, and schools, for adults and adolescents.
  • If you are considering a startup, we have started over 30 programs in more than 15 states. We have done zoning hearings, dealt with NIMBY picketing, and we have done licenses (which includes Policy & Procedure manuals) in dozens of states. CARF and The Joint Commission are just a couple of the many companies we obtain accreditation from.
  • In the case of a marketing or census issue, we can help. There is a huge difference between marketing and admissions; brand building versus filling beds. The Traditions team has built both. We have spent millions on websites, visited over 200 centers doing business development, attended and spoken at hundreds of conferences, and we have assembled and run call centers handling 5-10 thousand calls per month. Our team has worked with programs who do private pay only, all out of network, all in network, and Medicare. Many people think, “If I build a great clinical program the rest will take care of itself”. The fact is, if all of their beds are empty, their mission is dead. You have to have a professional, solid plan to ensure you build your brand, and have the phone ring.
  • On the deal side, we have bought centers and sold centers. We have worked with private equity firms and founders. Traditions’ deals total over $150mm, from sober living facilities to multi-site portfolios.
